REHAU Floor Sensor, For Use With: 236487-001 and 236477-001 Dual Sensing Digital Thermostats, 10 kOhm
The sensor allows for the thermostat to provide floor limitation or setpoint control of the floor. The floor sensor is a 10 kOhm type III thermistor with a 9.8 ft(3 m) lead. If the lead needs to be extended, use two conductor 18 AWG wire to a maximum of 100 ft(30.48 m). All connections should be protected using heat shrink tubing or two layers of electrical tape. Floor sensors should be placed in the floor half way between radiant piping.
