The MG1E furnace is a standard efficiency gas furnace designed for manufactured and modular homes. Here are some key features:
Efficiency: 80% AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency).
BTU Output: Available in various input ranges, typically from 56,000 to 77,000 BTU.
Design: Suitable for installation in utility rooms or enclosed closets.
Venting: Sealed combustion system that vents exhaust gas directly outdoors and draws in 100% outside air for the burner.
Factory-installed 20"H coil box
Compatibility: R410A and A2L refrigerant compatible.
Compatibility: Can be used with natural gas out of the box, and includes an LP conversion kit for field installation if needed.

The MG1E furnace comes with a Limited Parts Warranty.
Registration is required and furnace must be installed by a licensed contractor.
Duration: Heat exchanger for 10 years from the date of purchase. Parts for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Coverage: It includes the replacement of defective parts during the warranty period.
Conditions: The warranty is valid only if the consumer completes and returns the warranty registration. Proof of purchase date is required.
Exclusions: Normal maintenance, replacement of filters, transportation charges for replacement parts, and any other service calls or repairs are not covered.
