ComfortBridge™ Technology ‘bridges’ indoor comfort with smart technology, and is factory-installed into select, premium Goodman ® brand gas furnaces and air handlers. ComfortBridge™ Technology helps your Goodman ® brand air conditioner heating and cooling systems cost-effectively operate at peak performance.
In the past, communicating technology was limited to a few expensive, proprietary thermostats. Now, ComfortBridge™ Technology technology is installed securely in Goodman® brand furnace and air handler equipment, providing you consistent, energy-efficient home comfort.
Quiet Comfort
Many homeowners may think the best gas furnaces are not seen or heard. That’s why an Goodman ® brand GRVM97 Modulating Variable-Speed Furnace is insulated for noise reduction. However, the real secret to its unobtrusiveness is that it strives to operate on low capacity as often and as long as possible and, therefore, produces as low as 25% of the normal high-fire and circulating blower sound generated by furnaces with multi-speed motors.
Designed for R-32
All furnaces matched for use with an R-32 system must include the required Refrigerant Detection System (RDS) for R-32 systems. The new GR* and GD* series furnaces are shipped from the factory with RDS included in the printed circuit board (PCB). Additionally, the new GR* and GD* series furnaces are backwards compatible for use with R-410A systems with 3 push buttons on the PCB.
Energy Efficiency
Energy efficiency equates to cost savings. A gas furnace’s efficiency rating can primarily be determined by two factors: its AFUE rating (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency), which indicates what percentage of each dollar of natural gas purchased is actually used to heat your home; and the type of blower used in the furnace.

Product Limited Warranty
If the heat exchanger in this gas furnace fails within the first ten years for the original, registered homeowner, we will provide a new furnace at no cost. This furnace also has a Lifetime Heat Exchanger Limited Warranty and a 10-Year Parts Limited Warranty* on all functional parts.
