EPA Certification Exam (CFC)
Section 608 of the Federal Clean Air Act mandates that anyone who maintains, services, repairs, or disposes of appliances containing regulated refrigerants must be certified in proper refrigerant handling techniques. Rogers Supply regularly offers certification testing at our locations in Bloomington, Champaign, Hobart (IN), Joliet, LaSalle, Lombard, Peoria, Springfield, and Tinley Park. We offer individual and group testing. If you have a large group, we can even travel to your company to administer the tests. The CFC study manual is $25.00. The test is $134.00 and covers the Core, Type I, Type II, and Type III. Passing all 4 sections will make you Universally certified. You must pass the Core for any of the other sections to be eligible.

A2L Refrigerant Training
Training, conducted by Kevin Magnabosco, will cover A2L fundamentals such as specifications, flammability, safety, handling, storage, and usage.

Training sessions can be scheduled at your company for large groups or can be held via Zoom. You must contact Kevin Magnabosco to schedule these training sessions in advance, Kevin.Magnabosco@rogerssupply.com
