Web Order Entry Beta Updates
The most recent updates are listed toward the top. Not all of the issues noted here will be noticed by users of the site. They are noted here just for information purposes and tracking of issues. Thanks for checking in.
9/7/10 - Within the last two weeks the following product lines have been added and completed: Controls, Condensors.
08/02/10 - Product descriptions are not clear on final order entry. They include product sizing and such but not the actual name of the product. This is being fixed and is in progress.
08/02/10 - INTERNAL - Eclipse product numbers are coming over on order confirmations instead of our product numbers. FIXED.
07/28/10 - Additional Controls Products have been added to the site under the main navigational heading "Controls."
07/09/10-01 - Orders will eventually show up as a pick-ticket rather than a bid so that the order is put together in a more timely manner and only requires finalizing at the counter or through eventual UPS shipping. DONE
07/01/10-02 - Currently orders placed on the web site are not showing up in the Bid status under the individuals account. The orders come through an email confirmation with all details. Just nothing under the bids. FIXED
06/28/10-02 - Emails not going to branches for orders placed. FIXED
06/28/10-01 - The branch drop down when placing order is not required and so can be skipped giving no indication where the customer wants to pick up the order. This is also not showing up in the confirmation email when received. FIXED
06/25/10-02P - Site down. Lost search capability, prices stopped showing up, server hangs on order submisison. FIXED
06/25/10-01 Logging in sometimes requires entry of the password two or three times. This is being addressed. FIXED
06/22/10-01N - Began sending out invitations to beta test the site. The site is not complete with all products available. Additions will continue while the site is beta tested.
