If you are interested in purchasing from Rogers Supply either in a store or online, we need to set up a customer account for you. While a line of credit is not required to shop with us we still need to set up an account to establish your business with us. Then purchases can be made using cash, credit card or company check. For your convenience, we have made these application forms available online so you can choose to print them off or fill them out online.
The Tax Exemption form is linked below. We will need the form printed and submitted for you to remain on file with the necessary information you received from the State of Illinois in order for you to avoid sales tax on your planned resale purchases from Rogers Supply.
Once you are approved for an account with us, you will be able to apply for an online account to use our web store.
