If you are interested in setting up an account with Rogers Supply, we have a few forms you will need to fill out and return to us at your convenience. The Credit Application link is listed at the right as well as a Tax Exemption form. We will need a Tax Exemption form on file with the necessary information you received from the State of Illinois in order for you to avoid sales tax on your planned resale purchases from Rogers Supply.
Here's what you need to do:
- Be sure you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader to download the application.
- Download the application and print.
